The controller of your personal data is:

Your personal data collected by the Administrator shall be processed in accordance with the principles set out in the data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter: „GDPR”, as well as Polish legislation issued in connection with GDPR, including the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection. The Administrator shall keep personal data confidential and secure them from unauthorised access by third parties under the terms of the aforementioned legal acts.

Scope and purposes of personal data processing
In the course of its activities, the Administrator collects and processes personal data:
(a) for the purposes resulting from each time the User gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, for the purpose of leaving a comment under Tutorials (legal basis art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR);
(b) for purposes resulting from the Administrator’s legally justified interests: for analytical and statistical purposes (profiling), to ensure ICT security related to the Website and to enforce the Administrator’s rights or claims before any type of state authorities (legal basis art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR).
User rights related to data protection
The processing of the Users’ personal data is carried out on a voluntary basis; however, depending on the circumstances, the refusal to provide the data or the request to delete the data may prevent, for example, the full and correct use of the Website.

The User has the right to lodge a complaint relating to the Administrator’s processing of personal data with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Processing period
The data is stored for the period resulting from the regulations on archiving and limitation of claims, as well as until the fulfilment of the relevant legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator (analytical and statistical purposes, ensuring ICT security related to the Website and enforcing the Administrator’s rights or claims before any type of state authorities).
Transfer of personal data to other entities
The recipients of your personal data may be authorised employees of the Administrator, external service providers, e.g. IT service providers, marketing service providers (in particular: Google Inc. based in the USA, Facebook Ireland Ltd. based in Ireland, Meta Platforms Inc. based in the USA, Twitter Inc. based in the USA, Automattic Inc. based in the USA and Microsoft Corporation based in the USA), web hosts, subcontractors and other entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator on the basis of a personal data processing entrustment agreement, as well as accountants, lawyers, administrative authorities, state services and courts.

In this case, the Administrator, in accordance with the requirements of the DPA, implements security measures to ensure the correct processing and adequate protection of users’ personal data.
